Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.togetherbound.example (the “Site”), operated by Group Travel Finder. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
About our services
Group Travel Finder plans group cruises, group tours and hotel room blocks for organizations and their members. We act as a travel agency. Travel products are provided by third parties (cruise lines, tour operators, hotels and other suppliers), whose own terms and conditions apply to each booking.
Requests are not bookings
- Submitting a request does not reserve space or create a booking. Space is held only when we confirm a hold in writing.
- Group holds, deposits, release dates, attrition and cancellation terms are set by each supplier and are shared with you before you commit.
- Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed by the supplier.
Room blocks
Contracted hotel room blocks may make the signing organization responsible for unused rooms (attrition). We will tell you whether a proposed block is a courtesy block or a contracted block before you sign anything.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you submit a request or booking.
- Make sure every traveler has valid travel documents (passports, visas, IDs) for the trip.
- Use the Site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Group Travel Finder is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from travel products provided by third-party suppliers.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
