Group trips for union members and retiree chapters

Retiree chapters, locals and member-benefit committees use group travel to keep members connected long after their working years. We plan the trip, hold the space under your local's name, and give every member a simple way to sign up and pay over time.

What gets in the way

We know how unions plan trips

Members are on fixed incomes

Retirees need to know the full cost early and spread payments out. A surprise final bill kills participation.

Decisions go through a meeting

Most trips need a vote or a committee sign-off, so the details have to be clear enough to present.

One volunteer ends up doing everything

The chapter officer who suggests a trip often becomes the travel agent, the collections desk and the help line.

How we help

Built for unions

  • Installment payment schedules set up per member, with reminders sent by us, not your officers
  • A one-page board packet you can read aloud at the meeting
  • A trip page members sign up on directly, so your officers never handle money
  • Holiday-weekend sailings and shoulder-season tours that keep prices down

Start a group request

Three quick questions, then tell us how to reach you. No cost and no deposit to ask.

Next: your contact details and a few trip specifics. About 3 minutes.

Questions

What unions usually ask

Can members pay in installments?

Yes. After the deposit, each member can pay on a schedule leading up to final payment. We send the reminders.

Can spouses, retirees and friends come?

Usually yes. Your chapter decides who's eligible; the trip page can be shared as widely or narrowly as you like.

Does the local have to pay anything up front?

No. Each traveler pays their own deposit, unless the organization chooses to subsidize part of the trip.
