Group Cruises
Group cruises, held under your group's name
From a 3-night getaway to a 10-night voyage, we hold the cabins, request the private events, and give every member a simple way to book and pay.
How a group cruise works
We hold cabins
Once you pick a sailing, we hold a block of cabins at group terms. Most lines treat 8 or more cabins as a group.
Members book their own
Each traveler picks a cabin and pays a deposit through your group's trip page, or the organization books on their behalf.
Release before you pay
Group holds come with a release date. Unsold cabins can usually go back to the line before then without penalty.

How many cabins make a group?
Most cruise lines treat 8 or more cabins (about 16 guests) as a group. Benefits and terms vary by line.
Can the group leader travel free?
Cruise lines often provide organizer benefits as a group grows, sometimes including complimentary travel. We confirm what your group qualifies for before anyone books.
Can we hold a meeting or CE session on board?
Many ships have conference rooms groups can reserve. We request space when cabins are held.
