Plan a Group Trip

For group leaders

You organize the trip. We handle everything else.

Activity directors, social chairs, chapter presidents and club officers make group trips happen. Here's how we take the work off your plate, and what to expect at each step.

The process

From idea to sailing day

  1. Tell us about your group

Size, dates, budget and how mobile your travelers are. Takes about three minutes.

  2. Get a held proposal

We hold cabins, seats or rooms under your group's name and send two or three options, each with a release date.

  3. Share your trip page

Members sign up, choose roommates and pay deposits on their own page. You see the roster.

  4. Travel together

We manage final payments, documents and changes. You get to enjoy the trip.

Questions

What group leaders ask

Do I have to collect money from members?

No. Members pay their own deposits and final payments, and we send the reminders. You can see who has signed up.

What do group leaders receive?

Cruise lines and tour operators often give organizer benefits once a group reaches a certain size, sometimes including complimentary or reduced-cost travel. It depends on the supplier and the group's size, and we tell you exactly what applies before anyone books.

What's a release date?

The date by which unsold cabins, seats or rooms can be returned to the supplier. Before that date, the group can usually shrink without penalty.

Can I share the trip outside my organization?

That's your call. Many groups invite friends and family to help fill the trip.

Your group already wants to go. Let's pick where.
