HOAs

Neighborhood trips for homeowners associations

HOA social committees turn neighbors into travel companions. Since association funds usually can't pay for trips, residents book and pay for themselves. We give the committee everything it needs to announce the trip and let us handle the rest.

What gets in the way

We know how hoas plan trips

HOA funds usually can't be used

Trips are member-paid, so pricing and payment have to be clear to every household.

Announcements compete for attention

A trip has to stand out in a newsletter full of landscaping notices and meeting minutes.

Committee members are volunteers

No one on the social committee wants to collect deposits from their neighbors.

How we help

Built for hoas

  • Newsletter copy, a flyer and an email you can paste in as-is
  • Each household books and pays on the trip page, never through the committee
  • A member interest survey to pick the destination before anyone commits
  • Trips sized for neighborhood groups, from 10 travelers up

Start a group request

Three quick questions, then tell us how to reach you. No cost and no deposit to ask.

Next: your contact details and a few trip specifics. About 3 minutes.

Questions

What hoas usually ask

Can the HOA pay for the trip?

Usually not. Check your governing documents; most associations keep trips member-paid. We set it up that way by default.

Do you provide the flyer?

Yes. We send newsletter copy, a printable flyer and an email announcement for each trip.

What if only a few households sign up?

Group holds have a release date. Before then, the group can shrink without penalty.
