Retirement Communities

Group travel for retirement and 55+ communities

Activity directors and resident travel clubs plan some of the most loyal group trips there are. We take the logistics off your desk: motorcoach pickup from your community, trips matched to residents' mobility, and one contact for every question.

What gets in the way

We know how retirement communities plan trips

Mobility varies widely

Some residents hike, some use a walker. A trip has to work for the group you actually have.

Getting to the port or airport

Parking, airport transfers and early mornings are the biggest reason residents say no.

The activity calendar is already full

Directors need a trip that runs itself once it's announced.

  • We'll present the trip at your clubhouse or on a resident Zoom call

Questions

What retirement communities usually ask

Can you pick residents up at our community?

For drive-to cruise ports and many tours, yes. We quote a motorcoach from your clubhouse as part of the trip.

What if a resident needs a wheelchair-accessible cabin or room?

We request accessible cabins and rooms as soon as space is held, since there are only a limited number of them.

Is there a minimum group size?

Group benefits usually start around 8 cabins on a cruise or 10–20 travelers on a tour. Smaller groups are still welcome.
